2. Payment Gateway - Razorpay

We use Razorpay as our payment gateway provider for processing online payments. By making a payment through our website, you agree to the following:

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay's payment gateway.
• Razorpay is a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway ensuring the highest level of security for your financial transactions.
• We do not store your credit card, debit card, or banking details on our servers.
• All payment information is encrypted and transmitted securely to Razorpay.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the payment details you provide are accurate and valid.
• By proceeding with payment, you authorize Razorpay to process the transaction on your behalf.

3. Course Enrollment

Enrollment in our courses is subject to the following conditions:

• Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful payment of the course fees.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during enrollment.
• Minimum age requirement for enrollment is 4 years.
• We reserve the right to refuse enrollment to any individual at our discretion.
• Course fees are non-transferable to other students or courses without prior written approval.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms and conditions:

• All course fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the course, unless otherwise specified.
• Payment can be made online through Razorpay using credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, or digital wallets.
• Payment confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
• In case of payment failure, your enrollment will not be confirmed.
• We accept payments in Indian Rupees (INR) only.
• Transaction fees, if any, charged by the payment gateway are non-refundable.

6. Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Maintain respectful behavior towards faculty and fellow students.
• Attend classes regularly and punctually.
• Follow the academy's rules and regulations.
• Take proper care of academy property and materials.
• Not engage in any activities that may disrupt the learning environment.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, curriculum, teaching methods, and content provided by Divyankan Art Academy are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without written permission from the academy.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy:

• Your personal information is collected and used only for enrollment and course administration purposes.
• Payment information is processed securely through Razorpay and is not stored on our servers.
• We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or for payment processing.
• You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information by contacting us.

9. Limitation of Liability

Divyankan Art Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the course fees.

We reserve the right to modify course schedules, curriculum, or faculty assignments as necessary. Students will be notified of any significant changes in advance whenever possible.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or the use of our services shall be resolved through mutual discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
